Is this not the sweetest little costume? This dress and reversible cape was given to Harper as a birthday gift from her super talented Aunty. For a girl who loves fairy tales and dress ups, it was the perfect present.

I'm in dress up envy, lol!!! how delicious is harper wearing it, just adorable... esp rocking her own style w gumboots (very practical for tramping through the woods to grandmas house anyway!)
